1. 30-Day Return Window

We provide a 30-day return period. You must contact us to start your return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Returns initiated after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The bag must be in its original, unused condition (no signs of wear, marks, or smells).
  • All original tags, dust bags, and protective covers must be attached and included.
  • The product must be returned in the same packaging it arrived in.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Who pays for shipping depends on the reason for the return:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong bag or it arrived damaged, Glamourgrid LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Personal Preference (Change of Mind): If you simply decided you don't want the bag, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the bag reaches us safely.

4. No Restocking Fees

We believe in transparent pricing. Glamourgrid LLC does not charge any restocking or handling fees for processed returns. You will receive a refund for the full price you paid for the product.

5. Damaged Goods upon Arrival

Please check your package as soon as it arrives. If the bag is damaged, please email us at support@glamourgridllc.com within 24 hours. Please include clear photos of the damage and the shipping label so we can help you quickly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Bags that show visible signs of use or customer-inflicted damage.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Returns sent back without contacting our support team first.

7. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3 business days of arrival), we will email you to confirm if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are automatically sent back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 7 business days.
