1. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your favorite items, choose your size/color if applicable, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart and follow the checkout instructions.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location and shipping option selected at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 3 or 4 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping rates and delivery times apply. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
8. What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you realize your shipping address is incorrect. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update it. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

10. Do you offer gift cards?
